CBS cancels 'Kevin Can Wait', 'Scorpion,' and 'Superior Donuts'

CBS is continuing to set up their Summer and Fall programming and had canceled "Scorpion," "Kevin Can Wait," and "Superior Donuts."

CBS has canceled its Kevin James-led comedy "Kevin Can Wait" after two seasons. The show, which created noise with a major casting change when Leah Rimini was cast, starred Kevin James as a retired police officer.

Executive producer Andy Fickman broke the news on Instagram:

"Superior Donuts" starred Judd Hirsh and Jerome Flower and was centered around Arthur, the owner of a small donut shop that’s located in a quickly gentrifying Chicago neighborhood, and his new and only employee Franco.
